Ms. Cathy is one of the center’s two teachers in our toddler classroom.  Ms. Cathy focuses her time with the younger toddlers.  She helps them recognize basic colors and shapes.  Often Ms. Cathy is seen sitting with a child and assisting them with tasks they may seem to find tough.  She will continue to focus on helping that one child until they are able to master the task at hand.

Cathy joined our teaching team as a substitute in the spring of 2006 and has excelled as a teacher since day one.  Ms. Cathy brings with her lots of TLC!  She can be found rocking a child to sleep at naptime or consoling an upset child.  Cathy learns something new each day as a teacher of young children.  The toddler classroom is full of daily activities that make the day such a fun and rewarding experience for Ms. Cathy.  Her time and devotion here at Country Kids has proven to be quite beneficial to each child enrolled.

Cathy attends many workshops throughout the year seeking new avenues to help guide each child as they develop and grow.    She has learned basic sign language and is always looking to gain more educational insight as a teacher.   As a mom she is knowledgeable in the medical field, because her family deals with diabetes on a daily basis.

When she is not at our center she can be found traveling with her family.  Together they enjoy cruises, mini weekend trips, and extended vacations.
